Coach Theo will run Ridgefield kids through his special competitive small sided games and SAQ (speed/agility/quickness) training. All sessions will end with 15-20 minute scrimmage games. These are 3 days per week Saturday, Tuesday, Thursday for a total of seven 90 minute sessions (this comes to only $20/session). Session #3 will focus on our Bounce Academy that will feature plyometric training as well jumping technique, dunking technique, explosion training, and a focus on increasing vertical jump.

Bounce Academy AUGUST
FOR BOYS AND GIRLS 8TH - 12TH GRADE
This will be a 5 pack of 90 minute training sessions for our Bounce Academy. During these trainings we will focus on improving a players speed, agility, quickness, vertical leap off one and two legs. We will also combine these exercises with basketball training.
Sessions during the month of March will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays starting on August 18th and will run from 4:30pm - 6:00pm at the PSC.
This is payment 2 of 2 for the Summer Team Fee. This final payment was due on 7/15.
This admits one person to our Battle At The Lake Tournament in Toutle, WA
Admission for one person into our Ignite Live 1V1 or 3X3 Tournament
