Protech PUMA Middle School
We have received tons of emails and calls about our Protech PUMA middle school teams. We have compiled a list of the most frequently asked questions below in hopes this will help all the parents out there who are thinking about trying out for Protech PUMA! Q: How do I join a Protech PUMA middle school team?
A: All players must register and attend tryouts on Wednesday March 11th @ The RACC 8:00pm - 9:00pm for 7th & 8th Boys. Local and Puma players will be trying out together.

Q: What is the cost to be on the Protech PUMA middle school team if I make the team?
A: $700/season, PUMA teams will run two seasons Spring and Summer commitment is required. This is only $75 more than our LOCAL teams, but players get a full uniform, socks, and shoes to keep. Players are responsible for any additional travel costs.

Q: What is the travel schedule for the Protech PUMA middle school teams?
A: There are a total of 4 PUMA Circuit tournaments. Travel is only required for 3 of the events as one of them is in Centralia, WA. PUMA teams will also play in local tournaments in between PUMA Circuit events.

Q: What is the commitment level for the Protech PUMA middle school teams?
A: Players are required to be committed for two seasons (Spring & Summer). Players are expected to attend two mandatory 90 minute practices per week and all PUMA & Local tournaments. All players are required to wear PUMA gear from head to toe at all PUMA events. They can wear whatever they want at local events. Protech will provide all players with uniforms, shoes, and socks.

Q: Will the teams do any fundraising for these teams?
A: Yes, we will have a fundraiser ran through Lil Caesars Pizza and a Free Throw A Thon to help raise money for travel expenses. We may have some additional fund raising events available.
