Improve your overall athleticism and basketball skill by joining the Grind Lab! Players will participate in various speed, agility, quickness, and explosiveness training in the form of competitive games and drills. 45 minutes of conditioning and 45 minutes of basketball. Come Grind with us for 7 weeks in The Grind Lab. All sessions will be held at the PSC located at 12308 NE 56th St. Building Q Vancouver, WA. Space is limited for each session.
